Farmers and investors who will carry out EWR buying and selling transactions first define an account for EWR transactions in banks and intermediary institutions. After the account is defined and the MKK registration number is obtained, the investor completes the documents required to open an account with the PPAKs and fills out and signs the documents. Then, in order to buy and sell in TMIB, an investor record is created by applying to the authorized Product Market Intermediary Institutions.
Required Documents
• Framework Agreement and its annexes (it is possible to sign digitally via Mobile Branch)
• Risk Notification Form (must be physically submitted with wet signature)

(*) Documents Required for Real Person
– Identity Document (Driver's License, Identity Card, Passport)
– Address Confirmation Document (Certificate of Residence and an invoice that requires a subscription)
(*) Documents Required for Legal Entity
– Establishment of the articles of association: Turkish Trade Registry Gazette
– Signature Circular
– Tax Board
– Certificate of Activity
– Company Authorized Statement (Authorized Statement appointed by the Decision of the Board of Shareholders in limited liability companies whose main field of activity does not include the authority to trade in the Product Market; In Joint Stock Companies, Authorized Statement appointed by the Decision of the Board of Directors)
– A sample of the Identity Document of the real person partners,
– Tax plate and Certificate of Activity of Legal Entity partners
– If there is a real/legal person exceeding 25% of the shares in the partnership structure, the necessary documents submitted at the customer facility must be provided separately.

MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN
Dear Members, Esteemed Fellow Citizens,
As Ereğli Commodity Exchange, we continue our efforts with a mission that guides the economic life of our city, supports our producers, and contributes to the development of trade. Drawing its strength from its members, our Exchange continues to play an active role in the development of regional agriculture and commerce with its growing structure and innovative approach.
We are making great efforts to ensure that Ereğli, the heart of agriculture and livestock, utilizes its potential in the most efficient way, that our producers receive fair value for their labor, and that our members operate under more competitive conditions. With a transparent, fair, and participatory management approach, we move forward together with our members.
By closely following technological advancements and adapting to digital transformation, we develop projects to make the services we offer more accessible and effective. At the same time, we place great importance on increasing our members' knowledge and competencies through educational activities.

Ereğli Commodity Exchange

Zekeriya Ünlü was born on 19.03.1966 in Ereğli District of Konya. Zekeriya Ünlü, who started his commercial life after his primary and secondary school education, still carries out the buying, selling and slaughtering of live animals.
Zekeriya Ünlü was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in the organ elections held in June 2013 and won the Presidency of the Stock Exchange in the organ elections held in 2018. Zekeriya Ünlü, who is still the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Commodity Exchange, also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Beet Planters Cooperative and a Member of the Board of Directors of Konya Ereğli Barrier-Free Tomorrows Association.
Zekeriya Ünlü is married and has 4 children.
